Delivery Information

• We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
• If your order contains multiple items with different lead times, the longest lead time will apply to the entire order.
• If you would prefer to receive items with shorter lead times first, please contact us. We may be able to split your order, although an additional delivery charge may apply.

Pricing for Large Diesel Generators
Prices for 1500 RPM machines and larger diesel generators are available on request, as costs vary depending on the delivery destination and your specific requirements. Please contact us by phone or email for a tailored quotation.
Order Acceptance
Processing your payment and sending an order acknowledgement email does not constitute acceptance of your order or create a legally binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund in cases including, but not limited to:

• Pricing errors;
• Stock availability changes; or
• Situations where we reasonably believe the equipment may be misused.

Delivery Inspection and Damage Claims
Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for transit damage cannot be accepted more than 48 hours after delivery.

Order Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
When you place an order, it is treated as an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Acceptance of your order occurs only when your goods have been dispatched. At that point, a legally binding contract is formed between you (the buyer) and us (the seller) under these Terms & Conditions.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable standard rate and include delivery within Africa, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty & Returns Policy
All generators sold by Vingen Trading are covered by a 5-year warranty, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return, exchange, or request a refund for your generator, this can only be done within 60 days of the delivery date. Approved returns are subject to a 5% service charge, which contributes towards carriage, handling, and restocking costs.
To arrange a return, please email info@vingentrading.co.za requesting a return. We will send you a Return Authorization Form to complete and return. Once we receive the completed form, we will arrange collection of the generator within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email containing your collection details and reference number.
Preparing Your Generator for Collection
Before collection, you must ensure that:

• All fuel and engine oil have been completely drained from the generator (where applicable). This is essential for health and safety reasons and allows the generator to be transported safely.
• The generator is securely packaged in a suitable box for transport.
• Do not return boxed generators on a pallet unless you have received prior authorization. Unauthorized palletized returns may incur an additional collection surcharge.

Important Notice
Failure to completely drain all diesel and engine oil, and to properly air the machine before collection, may result in the package being held at the central distribution hub. If this occurs, you will be responsible for any additional re-collection or handling charges.
For best results, we recommend draining the diesel fuel completely and leaving the fuel cap off for approximately 24 hours in a well-ventilated area, away from flames, sparks, or any other sources of ignition. This allows any remaining fuel vapors to dissipate before transport.

We process your personal information only where necessary to meet our legal, statutory, and contractual obligations, and to provide you with our products and services. We are committed to collecting only the personal information that is necessary for these purposes and will not process your information in any manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Notice or applicable data protection laws.
