At Vin Gen Trading, all generators are carefully inspected before delivery or customer collection to ensure they meet the agreed specifications and are in satisfactory condition.
Returns will only be considered if a generator is found to be faulty or materially different from the specifications agreed at the time of purchase. Customers must report any such issue within 30 days of receiving the generator.
